Learning Services receive new Customer Service Excellence award!!!
Learning Services are pleased to announce that we are now the proud holders of an award, issued by the government, for excellence in customer service.
The Customer Service Excellence award is based on a range of key customer priorities against which organisations are measured. The assessor looked at the following elements during his visit to the University in November: Customer insight, the culture of the organisation, information and access, service delivery and timeliness and quality of service.
