Learning Services has recently launched a new wiki site which is available to the whole staffing community of the University. This new resource offers staff important information about our department and the key areas where we can offer help and support to ensure that staff get the best use of our staff resources and services.
There will be a number of ways in which we will promote the new resource but we thought we would start with an item in our news.
Key highlights include information about the various Teaching and Learning systems which we manage on the University’s behalf; Help with Media and ICT; Planning for new modules and programmes; and Getting the best out of Blackboard.

Feedback is very much welcome. There is a feedback form within the pages to encourage staff to let us know if they found what they wanted or feel anything is missing. We encourage all staff to take a look; you can comment on the news and information blog or send us suggestions via the wiki itself. We will also be holding focus groups with staff in the near future to evaluate and reflect and ensure the wiki is helpful and informative.
