For those who may have upcoming Summer Assessments, we wanted to remind you that UniSkills is still here to support you. Whether through our usual 1-2-1 appointments or wealth of online resources covering referencing, proofreading and more, there’s plenty on hand to help you prepare and continue developing your academic skills.

Specifically, our Exam Preparation web page contains lots of revision tools and techniques, as well as common exam mistakes, advice on how to stay motivated and suggestions from our Student Advisors. You’ll also want to keep an eye out on the blog from the 8th-12th of August, where we’ll be revisiting their personal exam experiences here at Edge Hill University.

Online Reassessments

If any of your exams are online, don’t forget to check out the Online Learning and Assessment web pages, which contain everything you need to know about online Turnitin and Panopto submissions, in addition to Timed Blackboard Online.

Wellbeing Support

If you’re feeling particularly nervous about your upcoming Summer Assessments, you’re not alone. Alongside staying organised and planning ahead, it is important to remember there is always someone to talk to. This might be ourselves, your tutor, or the Wellbeing Team

Share your Study Space

As always, we love to see and share your study snaps, so please do tag us on Twitter @EHULearnService and Instagram @EHULibrary in any photos of you revising in Catalyst, on the great lawn or at home (bonus points for including a furry study companion or fancy stationery!)

Finally, we recommend exploring all the support available and finding what works best for you. We’ll be sharing lots of study suggestions over on social media, so do join in using #EHUReadySetRevise. In the meantime, here you’ll find some revision timetable templates from our Student Advisors, which are ready to download, print and fill with your own success schedules.

Happy revising and best of luck in your Assessments! ?
