From 4th-14th April, here’s everything we’ve got in store to help you navigate the exam period with clarity and confidence…
Introducing ⭐Study Staples⭐
Straight from the stationery cupboards of our wonderful Student Advisors, Study Staples are all your exam preparation need-to-knows. Think revision strategies that actually work, the best Catalyst study spots and the hidden gems of LinkedIn Learning – to name a few!
Keep an eye out on our Instagram stories @EHULibrary or share your own Study Staples on Twitter using the #EHUReadySetRevise.
On the Blog: In their shoes
Not only are our Student Advisors a fantastic bunch, but most importantly – they’ve been there. They know how nerve-wracking the run-up to exams can be, the feeling of wanting to do your best, and the pressure of juggling revision with assignments (and sometimes placement, too!)
To hear about how they overcame these challenges and more, check back here on Wednesday 6th April for our Student Advisors’ exam reflections: when did they start revision? What do they wish they had known before? What revision strategies worked best for them? All will be revealed ?
Planning for Success!
When it comes to university exams and assignments, there’s no shortcut for getting the grade you want. More often than not, the results you achieve will be correlated with the reading, thinking and preparation you put in. To help you with this all-important planning, our Student Advisors will be taking to our social media channels to share their revision timetables and mindmaps.
From shaking up your study habits to sketching out what you already know about a topic, a little colour and creativity can go a long way! ?
Taking care of YOU ?
The exam period can be a stressful time for us all, which is why it’s important to pay extra attention to your health and wellbeing. If you start to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or low in mood, you may benefit from speaking to the Student Wellbeing Team.
