- Access to the library building with a valid UniCard
- Use of the study zones, book stock, PCs and printing/scanning/photocopying facilities
- Issue and return items
- Access help and support via our Ask Us knowledge base or use 24/7 live chat
We have listened to your overwhelmingly positive feedback (thanks guys *blush*), as well as your constructive feedback asking for more access during busy periods, and we have been able to increase our offer by a further 266 days!
We are staying 24/7 closer to Christmas, a whole eggstra week over Easter and we will be 24/7 right into both Bank Holiday Mondays in May**!
For all additional services (and outside 24/7) the help desks will remain open as usual:
Monday – Friday 8am – 9pm
Saturday – Sunday 11am – 6pm
