Ever tried to access the GO Portal to get to Blackboard or check your University email, and can’t remember your password? 

Did you know that you can get a new password sent to an alternative email address?

To do this you just need to have an alternative email address set up in the GO Portal.

1. Log in to GO

2. Click on your name (top right)

3. Choose Settings

Under ‘personal email address’ enter the details of your own email account.  If you ever have trouble logging in we will then send a new password to your personal email account!  It couldn’t be simpler.

Remember – you must keep these details up to date, so if you change provider for example, you will need to go in and update your settings.
