Turnitin not emailing digital receipts …

turnitin_rgb_stack_200[1]… so here’s how to download your receipt.

Following a recent update of the Turnitin service students may not be receiving receipts for their submissions.  Turnitin are aware of the problem and are currently testing a fix that they plan to roll out on February 26th.  In the meantime our advice to students is to download a copy of their digital receipt – here are the step by step instructions from Turnitin:

  1. Navigate to your submission and open it using the Document Viewer (eg. view the Originality Report).
  2. Click on the “printer” icon to the bottom left corner of the Document Viewer. The icon is located next to the “information” icon.
  3. Select the “Download PDF of Digital Receipt for printing” option.
  4. A window may appear asking you to save the file. Please note where you save the file on your computer. The Digital Receipt will be saved as a PDF file.
