…and celebrated a brace of awards:

The Faculty of Education’s work with Tate Liverpool came to the fore in a story about the Ideas Depot, a display at the gallery that  draws on joint research work:

The Ideas Depot display is on now, as is the stunning Op Art exhibition sponsored by EHU. Both are free but remember, Edge Hill staff and students, armed with a UniCard can get free admission to the paid-for shows including Fernand Léger.

Over on social media as well as amplifying news stories and pushing our course videos and other content, some of the in-the-moment activity of the week appeared such as the visit by out Honorary Doctor Heidi Thomas, writer of Call the Midwife

In the external (aka ‘earned’) media, great to see:

a BBC article quoting Professor Geoff Beattie:

a substantial piece co-authored by Professor Vicky Duckworth in the TES

and assorted sport-related pieces and alumni human-interest stories.

And finally – this week’s student sport:

More next week when we’ll have Graduation stories, yet more Scholars and some of our work with businesses.
