Our vision is that staff will become digitally enabled professionals who are digitally competent and feel confident sharing their knowledge and expertise with others.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on your job role and personal interests staff can choose to explore numerous pathways to further develop their digital skills.<\/p>\n<p>These include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Digital Productivity<\/li>\n<li>Digital Communication<\/li>\n<li>Digital Collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Digital Creation<\/li>\n<li>Digital Wellbeing<\/li>\n<li>Digital Proficiency<\/li>\n<li>Digital Participation<\/li>\n<li>Digital Learning and Teaching Technologies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These pathways have been specifically designed to allow staff to enhance their knowledge in that area in more depth. Alongside face-to-face sessions, there will also be online guides, videos and links to useful <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.edgehill.ac.uk\/learningedge\/2019\/02\/07\/accessing-linkedin-learning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LinkedIn Learning<\/a> courses that will allow staff to be independent learners.
