Examination and deadline periods can be a very demanding time of the year. You\u2019re putting in a lot of study hours to stay on top of your revision whilst trying to maintain a good work-life balance. We know it can feel intense at times so let us remove some of the pressure by outlining some of the help and support available to you this exam\/deadline season. (It may sound cheesy, but remember, we\u2019re here for YOU).<\/p>\n

Food for thought<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

One of the most important things you can do during exam periods is to keep hydrated throughout the day and make sure you eat plenty of healthy snacks to keep your energy levels up.<\/p>\n

And so every weekday from\u00a023rd\u00a0April \u2013 4th\u00a0May<\/strong>\u00a0our Student Advisor team will be giving out\u00a0free fruit and bottled water<\/strong> to help keep you focussed throughout the deadline period.<\/p>\n

Come along to\u00a0the\u00a0Ask Desk (1st floor, University library)\u00a0from\u00a011:30am \u2013 3pm<\/strong>\u00a0to collect your snacks!\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

If you\u2019re based at the Aintree or Manchester<\/strong> campuses, there will be water and healthy snack available at the main helpdesk.<\/p>\n
