And it&#8217;s important that you look after your <em>emotional wellbeing<\/em>, just as much as your physical health. It is for this reason that we are pleased to once again offer <strong>wellbeing workshops<\/strong> are part of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ehu.ac.uk\/workshops\" target=\"_blank\">UniSkills workshop programme<\/a>, following their success last year.<\/p>\n<p>Working collaboratively with the Counselling and Wellbeing Team in Student Services, these sessions will address some of the\u00a0concerns that are frequently raised by students during their time at University. The workshops are tailored to focus on helping you respond to the demands of student life, in a positive and supportive environment.<\/p>\n<p>The wellbeing workshops are open to all Edge Hill students, no matter what your course or year of study &#8211; we&#8217;re here for you!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Think positive. Study positive.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.co.uk\/e\/think-positive-feel-positive-study-positive-tickets-27650032993\" target=\"_blank\">Thursday 10th November (12-1pm) &#8211; BOOK HERE<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Come along to this workshop to\u00a0find out\u00a0how your feelings and emotions can impact<br \/>\non your academic performance and your general wellbeing at University. Together we will explore effective strategies to challenge negative thinking, reduce performance anxiety and help you to improve both your confidence and problem solving abilities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stop putting things off and start getting things done<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.co.uk\/e\/stop-putting-things-off-and-start-getting-things-done-tickets-27650047035\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Wednesday 16th November (12-1:30pm) &#8211; BOOK HERE<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Our second workshop helps you to understand the cycle of procrastination including how to get out of it, get organised and get things done!
