UniSkills covers core academic skills such as planning your assignment, referencing, academic writing, finding academic resources, dissertations and more!<\/p>\n<p>We understand that everyone\u2019s learning journey is unique and everyone prefers different learning styles and techniques. Therefore Learning Services provides support through a <em>variety of channels <\/em>to help you\u00a0get the best possible marks by\u00a0<strong>learning in a style that is most suited to you<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>UniSkills is made up of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Interactive online toolkits<\/strong> \u2013 each toolkit acts like an online tutorial to guide you through key academic topics using a combination of videos, audio clips, animations, quizzes, practical advice and handy tips!\u00a0Access the toolkits from your &#8216;My Library&#8217; panel in Learning Edge.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Online guides and resources<\/strong> which can be found on the Uni Skills webpages <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ehu.ac.uk\/uniskills\">ehu.ac.uk\/uniskills<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>UniSkills workshops<\/strong> take place throughout the term. In the &#8216;My Library&#8217; tab you will also find the <strong>specialist subject support panel<\/strong> which links you to information most relevant to your discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Your Subject Librarian and Skills Advisor can deliver <strong>embedded Uni Skills sessions.<\/strong> These are workshops which your tutor has booked in for your during your regular timetabled lectures (if you feel your module group could benefit from a Uni Skills embedded session, simply speak to your tutor!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Further help and support<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nFor further help please don\u2019t hesitate to get in touch.
