The generic temporary library number which we created on Friday is also causing problems for some users. I think this might be when more than one person goes directly into My Library. Can I suggest that you go to the e-resource and enter the temporary details there rather than go through My Library. Again many apologies and we hope this will be resolved on Monday. Just to clarify: search for the journal or ebook you need and then enter the temporary library number. Do not go into My Library.
