We will also share plenty of study tips and advice along the way too<\/span>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Summarising Strategies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>This workshop is all about summarising information, a key academic skill that is often overlooked. We&#8217;ll explore summaries in our everyday lives; explore how, when and why we use summarising skills in our academic lives&nbsp;and finally,&nbsp;we&#8217;ll put several summary strategies into practice!&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check out the full line-up and book your place through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edgehill.ac.uk\/ls\/uni-skills\/uniskills-workshops\/?tab=workshops-available\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">student portal<\/a>.&nbsp;There are various dates and times to choose from and there is&nbsp;<strong>no limit on the number of workshops you can attend<\/strong>. UniSkills offer a mixture of on campus workshops and online webinars, which can be&nbsp;<strong>accessed both on or off campus<\/strong> as you can attend in person or virtually through Blackboard Collaborate. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edgehill.ac.uk\/ls\/uni-skills\/uniskills-workshops\/\">Watch our video guide<\/a>&nbsp;for more details on&nbsp;<strong>how to really get the most out of attending a UniSkills workshop<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-light-gray-background-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Book a 1-2-1 Appointment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many of you will now have handed in your first assignments and will be eagerly awaiting your marks, but don\u2019t forget that your&nbsp;<strong>feedback is also really important<\/strong>.
