{"id":15229,"date":"2021-05-18T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-05-18T09:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.edgehill.ac.uk\/ls\/?p=15229"},"modified":"2021-05-27T11:56:53","modified_gmt":"2021-05-27T10:56:53","slug":"discover-more-downtime","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.edgehill.ac.uk\/ls\/2021\/05\/18\/discover-more-downtime\/","title":{"rendered":"Discover More Downtime"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sunday 30<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;May 2021&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Sunday 30<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;May there will be some disruption to Discover More&nbsp;due to an essential server move.&nbsp;&nbsp;Discover More&nbsp;will still be available for searching, but not all links to e-books and articles will work as expected.&nbsp; The A-Z of Journals and Databases will also not work during this time.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The disruption will last for the whole day on 30<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;May and may extend into the early hours of 31<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;May.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To prepare for this disruption we advise you to download any journal articles you may need over the Bank Holiday weekend in advance.&nbsp; Chapters of e-books can normally be downloaded too.&nbsp;&nbsp;Alternatively&nbsp;you can save direct links to books and journals as the publisher websites will not be affected.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"156\" height=\"156\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.edgehill.ac.uk\/ls\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/62\/2021\/05\/Browzine-1.jpg\" alt=\"The image for Browzine.
