When I was in halls, I made sure that my desk was reserved for work\nand everywhere else was for chilling out.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Get in a group chat!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMost people benefit from\nsharing ideas and talking ideas through together. When you\u2019re spending less\ntime with peers it might seem like you\u2019ll miss out on that, but you don\u2019t have\nto. Alongside signposting to a range of apps, websites and tutorials, you\ncan also book in and speak with a member of the team:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.edgehill.ac.uk\/studentservices\/wellbeing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">edgehill.ac.uk\/studentservices\/wellbeing\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wellbeing Workshops<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Student Wellbeing have also created 2 digital workshops on perfectionism\nand procrastination that you can work through at your own pace. Complete with\ncaptions, these are perfect for those who might be struggling to get things\ndone, or find they spend so much time on one assignment it puts them behind on\nthe rest of their work:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.edgehill.ac.uk\/studentservices\/wellbeing\/groups-workshops\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">edgehill.ac.uk\/studentservices\/wellbeing\/groups-workshops\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Togetherall<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Edge Hill University students going through a tough time can now&nbsp;access free online support with Togetherall&nbsp;(formerly Big White Wall). Whether you\u2019re struggling to sleep, feeling low, stressed or unable to cope, Togetherall can help you get support, take control and feel better. You will have access to a&nbsp;24\/7 online community and professional support from trained counsellors.
