This includes if you are struggling with any\ndeadline dates or understanding what you have been asked to do. Your tutors\nwill be able to offer further guidance on these types of queries.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Technical Problems<\/strong>: the Catalyst Helpdesk team are offering extended opening hours, and will be open from 7am on all assessment submission days, to support you as you complete and submit your assessment. You can contact the Catalyst Helpdesk virtually, via <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"mailto:CatalystEnquiries@edgehill.ac.uk\" target=\"_blank\">email<\/a> or <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/askus.edgehill.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">live chat<\/a>, if you have any technical issues such as accessing Blackboard or your university email account, opening documents, downloading\/installing the FREE EHU <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edgehill.ac.uk\/services\/office-download\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Microsoft Office 365<\/a> software or any problems when you come to submit your work in TurnItIn. Don\u2019t forget we have also produced a number of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edgehill.ac.uk\/ls\/accessinglsonline\/using-technology\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Online Assessment guides<\/a> to help you successfully submit your work but if you do need to talk to someone you can get in touch&#8230;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Getting online assessment ready<\/strong>: there is lots of great assessment preparation advice available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edgehill.ac.uk\/ls\/uni-skills\/exam-preparation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">UniSkills webpages<\/a>, including guides on <a href=\"http:\/\/eshare.edgehill.ac.uk\/15015\/1\/SMART%20Goals%20Guide.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">setting goals<\/a>, advice on how to stay motivated and <a href=\"http:\/\/eshare.edgehill.ac.uk\/id\/document\/41876\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">helpful tools and techniques<\/a> you can use for successful revision. We even have an interactive online learning package for your <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/eshare.edgehill.ac.uk\/id\/document\/44265\" target=\"_blank\">Online Assessments<\/a>, which includes an online assessment checklist!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Additional support needs: <\/strong>We understand that working towards assessments at this time can be challenging, and if you have a specific learning difficulties (SpLD) such as Dyslexia our SpLD team are keen to support you towards feeling positive about this way of working and any upcoming assessments.
