A box will pop up where you can type and enter your question. A member of library staff will instantly pick up your message and will type and send a response. You can then chat sending messages back and forth until the query is resolved. You can ask anything about our services and resources! It is a great alternative to ringing the \u2018Telephone Support\u2019 line or e-mailing.<\/p>\n<p>This service is available Monday to Friday 10am &#8211; 8pm and Saturday and Sunday from 12noon &#8211; 4pm.
