Turnitin Status Update

Due to an unexpected degradation, users may have been unable to submit and experienced delays in report generation through Turnitin, Turnitin UK and iThenticate today. Users accessing these services via an integration would also have been impacted.

We are pleased to advise that service has been restored and Turnitin apologise for any inconvenience caused

Turnitin & TurnitinUK are currently experiencing an unexpected service disruption.

During this time, you may find that uploading and accessing Turnitin reports is unavailable.

If you are experiencing issues – please contact your tutor in the first instance. Turnitin are working on a resolution to the issue.

Turnitin Status update

The Turnitin service issues that were reported between the early hours of the morning between 03:45 and 06:48 am GMT,  have now been resolved. The services that were affected were Turnitin Feedback studio and paper submissions. All services are now reporting as healthy and Turnitin apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Turnitin are currently experiencing performance issues. This includes Turnitin submissions and the use of the Turnitin feedback studio. Turnitin are working to resolve the issues and we will post an update when we have more information.
