On Thursday October 8th, 12:00 am to 3:00 am BST, the infrastructure powering the Panopto Cloud site will be updated to improve performance and scalability. Collaborate will update during a maintenance window on Saturday 6th June between 12 Midnight and 10am. Users will experience intermittent availability during this time. The Release Notes detail a couple of feature updates to be aware of, including poll reports, and the necessity to save session schedule changes.

Due to an unexpected degradation, users may have been unable to submit and experienced delays in report generation through Turnitin, Turnitin UK and iThenticate today. Users accessing these services via an integration would also have been impacted. We are pleased to advise that service has been restored and Turnitin apologise for any inconvenience caused

Turnitin & TurnitinUK are currently experiencing an unexpected service disruption. During this time, you may find that uploading and accessing Turnitin reports is unavailable. If you are experiencing issues – please contact your tutor in the first instance. Turnitin are working on a resolution to the issue.
