… so here’s how to download your receipt.
Following a recent update of the Turnitin service students may not be receiving receipts for their submissions. Turnitin are aware of the problem and are currently testing a fix that they plan to roll out on February 26th. In the meantime our advice to students is to download a copy of their digital receipt – here are the step by step instructions from Turnitin:
- Navigate to your submission and open it using the Document Viewer (eg. view the Originality Report).
- Click on the “printer” icon to the bottom left corner of the Document Viewer. The icon is located next to the “information” icon.
- Select the “Download PDF of Digital Receipt for printing” option.
- A window may appear asking you to save the file. Please note where you save the file on your computer. The Digital Receipt will be saved as a PDF file.
