Turnitin Issue Resolved…

Turnitin have reported the issue is now resolved:

Turnitin’s operations team has resolved a database issue that caused service interruptions yesterday. We restored access to the Turnitin UK service this morning at approximately 2 AM BST. We are currently processing a backlog of Originality Report generations and estimate processing times to return to normal around 9 AM BST.

We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact Turnitin UK Support.

Turnitin Intermittent Issue…

Turnitin have reported the following issue:

There continues to be an intermittent issue which is affecting many users in the UK.

The engineering team are working through a number of possible causes. The problem continues to affect only UK users. We will continue to update you every half hour on twitter @iParadigms_Eur and hourly by email to administrators.

Mobile Learn: System Maintenance – 6th April

On Friday, April 6, 2012 from 03:00 – 04:00 Blackboard Mobile Learn will be performing server maintenance, relocating blade servers to a new physical host server.

This maintenance affects the Mobile Learn Registration Server (MLRS) and Analytics for clients of Blackboard Mobile for Blackboard Learn.
