In anticipation of the potential change a link was included in the Baseline template for all new 2019 course instances created.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are using a&nbsp;\u20182019_\u2019&nbsp;course, you will&nbsp;initially&nbsp;see the two options as shown below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.edgehill.ac.uk\/learningedge\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/130\/2019\/09\/Qwickly_Baseline_Menus.png\" alt=\"Image showing 2 menu link options to be used in Learning Edge\" class=\"wp-image-7233\" width=\"327\" height=\"125\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.edgehill.ac.uk\/learningedge\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/130\/2019\/09\/Qwickly_Baseline_Menus.png 464w, https:\/\/blogs.edgehill.ac.uk\/learningedge\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/130\/2019\/09\/Qwickly_Baseline_Menus-300x116.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 327px) 100vw, 327px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As of\u00a0<strong>Monday 9th September<\/strong>\u00a0the &#8216;<strong>Attendance Register LTI<\/strong>&#8216; will work, while the &#8216;Attendance Register B2&#8217; option will no longer function, in fact it should disappear.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Actions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You should show the LTI link if students will need to access it for Check-In, and hide the B2 link if it is not already hidden. <br><\/li><li>If staff are taking attendance in pre 2019\/20 Blackboard courses with, for example, the &#8216;2018_&#8217; prefix, then a new Qwickly tool link will need to be added in the left hand course menu. When adding the menu tool link, please select &#8216;Qwickly Attendance LTI&#8217; and then give it the name  &#8216;Attendance Register LTI&#8217; for consistency. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.edgehill.ac.uk\/learningedge\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/130\/2019\/09\/Add_Tool_Link1.png\" alt=\"Imagine demonstrating how to add a tool link to menu in learning edge\" class=\"wp-image-7230\" width=\"220\" height=\"158\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Are there any key differences?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main differences are behind the scenes, in how it is set up and works. Any fixes and&nbsp;enhancements&nbsp;will happen seamlessly as&nbsp;Qwickly&nbsp;support&nbsp;will&nbsp;apply them remotely.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Existing&nbsp;users&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have already been using&nbsp;Qwickly, then data added to Tableau will still be available there.
