You can also change previous registrations to correct mistakes. Perhaps the most significant feature is that students can \u2018self-register\u2019 \u2013 using a dynamic and secure 4 digit code that will allow students to enrol via their phones, tablets or laptops \u2013 and within a timed window that you determine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;background: white\">Here is a snapshot of the main features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All student attendance data is securely stored within Blackboard Learn.<\/li>\n<li>Automatic grading via the \u2018Grade Centre\u2019 to keep a running grade for each student.<\/li>\n<li>Student check-in (Optional adding a generated security code or a specific time period).<\/li>\n<li>Email alerts: Qwickly attendance can send an email to students when they are marked as absent for the day.<\/li>\n<li>Qwickly allows students to see when they have been present and when they haven\u2019t.<\/li>\n<li>All data can be exported to CSV (Microsoft Office Excel).<\/li>\n<li>Add or amend past dates to any attendance record.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;background: white\">We are currently developing both staff\u00a0setup\u00a0and management guides for Qwickly, so watch out for new guide updates over the coming weeks.
