Over the past couple of years the pandemic brought challenges which required us to think differently about digital education and technology. Since then, experiences, confidence and expectations of digital education have changed for both staff and students. In collaboration with CLT and our Senior Solstice Fellows, we\u2019re looking to gain insight into the support, guidance, tools and services we provide for digital learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the first parts of this enquiry will be understanding our staff and students\u2019 current digital experiences and confidence levels, but looking to the future of what the expectations are of a modern digital university experience. To gain some of this initial insight we\u2019ll be running JISC\u2019s Digital Insights Survey from early 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The JISC Digital Insights Survey is a chance to provide students and staff a voice to provide us with a clearer, data informed picture of where we are in our digital journey, but more importantly where we see the future and how can the institution support us to get there. The insights from the survey will help us to make informed decisions about our digital environment and target resources to support with confidence, guidance and tools to get us there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Whether you\u2019re an academic or professional support staff member, please take 10 minutes to fill out the survey so we can build a strong picture of digital experiences and expectations at Edge Hill. Please also share the student survey links with your students. This feedback will help us to establish and embed the right support and guidance and provide a higher quality digital experience for staff and students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you have completed the survey please encourage your students to have their say and complete the Student Digital Experience Survey<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any student that completes the survey will be in with the chance of winning a jackpot prize of \u00a3200 voucher of their choice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
