Congratulations to Dr Nicola Ralph, Dr Michael Richards and Dr Claire Blennerhassett, who have been successful in applying for funding from the Student Opportunity Fund to start the first Applied Health and Social Care Student Research Internships.
The internships will provide three students with six weeks paid research experience assisting on three staff-led research projects.
Students will experience the research process and allow them to gain skills and knowledge that can be applied to dissertations, postgraduate study and future employment, with the first internships having started in May 2019.
