There has been a lot happening in FiN over the past few months. Alongside the book launch of AJ Ashworth’s marvellous collection, Maybe The Birds, we have had two new members join the network. Dr Joanne Reardon, novelist and academic at The Open University (About Jo – Jo Reardon), and Dr Naomi Kruger, short story writer and novelist (https://www.naomikruger.com/).
Members also have a range of work being published, including Elizabeth Baines’s collection coming out soon with Gold SF called The Mountain. Kim Wiltshire has a Creative Non-Fiction piece called ‘Going Home’ to be published in the inaugural edition of a new journal from the University of Lisbon called Antenna.
We are also looking forward to our Spring Event at the Edge Hill University Arts Centre – more info to come soon, so keep an eye out for that!
