This year marks Chiara\u2019s third participation in Eurovision.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>In 1998 she came third, in 2005 she came second \u2013 will she go one better in 2009 and claim victory at the <span>grand prix de l&#8217;Eurovision?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\"><span style=\"color: black\"><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\"><span style=\"color: black\"><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\"><span style=\"color: black\"><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\"><span style=\"color: black\"><strong><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Chiara is a seasoned performer, and as you will see from her first rehearsal yesterday, she has a powerful voice.<span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\"><span style=\"font-size: small;font-family: Arial\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\"><span style=\"font-size: small;font-family: Arial\"><object width=\"560\" height=\"340\" data=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/U3ltjPODZYM&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1\" type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\"><param name=\"allowFullScreen\" value=\"true\" \/><param name=\"allowscriptaccess\" value=\"always\" \/><param name=\"src\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/U3ltjPODZYM&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1\" \/><param name=\"allowfullscreen\" value=\"true\" \/><\/object><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\"><span style=\"font-size: small;font-family: Arial\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\"><span style=\"font-size: small;font-family: Arial\">It\u2019s interesting that the arrangement of this song has been improved since it was\u00a0selected. This is quite important as there is a \u2018battle of the ballads\u2019 amongst the favoured songs \u2013 including our own Jade Ewen for the UK.
