\nSCREENSKILLS ACCREDITATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are in the process of applying to get certification for the BA Animation Degree from ScreenSkills. We have passed the first stage and are onto the next stage. If we were to get endorsed by the ScreenSkills Tick Accreditation scheme what this would mean is that it would be a seal of approval from ScreenSkills that our Animation course is strong in terms of links to industry, strong in career focus and also quality of the course itself. Fingers crossed.<\/p>\n

\nMANCHESTER ANIMATION FESTIVAL 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Manchester<\/p>\n

Manchester Animation Festival will run for 5 days, when it returns in November.<\/p>\n

The extended event is the largest of its kind in the country and will feature talks, feature films, shorts, workshops and networking events.<\/p>\n

This year marks its fifth anniversary and it has commissioned artist Frida Ramirez, from MAF\u2019s industry partner Brown Bag Films, to create bespoke artwork.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnimation brought me to Manchester and Manchester brought me to good people, great friends, lovely sights and a lot of inspiration. I made this design as a tribute to a city that is so special that it deserves a huge celebration!\u2019\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
