Hellooooooo..!!

First let me introduce myself. I am Alina Lojo from India doing my Masters in Business Management at Edge Hill since October, 2010. I will graduate by the end of this year with flying colours ofcourse (Well….Hope so…)

I am sure all of you must be having your Student ID cards with you by now.  If not, then hurry up, get it now. All you have to do is to go to the library which is to the left of our main building. Once there, inform at the reception that you need a Student Id card.  We need this card to get an access to the library resources. Always keep the Student ID card and Bus card with you.

Once you get a student ID, then you can log in to Edge Hill Web site using your Student Id Number and your password. Here, you can check your inbox for emails from the University. Also, it has all the email-ids of your tutors. You can use this facility to communicate with your tutors or to make an appointment with them. Do make a habit to check your Edge Hill inbox daily. This will prevent you from missing out on some important information.

Mail is only one of the facilities available. There are plenty in there like Black Board, Library etc ….. Well, Black Board? Wait a minute. It has nothing to do with  the Black Board you are familiar with in your primary school days.

It is an excellent facility available to all of us in Edge Hill. I will tell you all about it later.
